Included Additional Costs: Prices quoted include taxes, delivery charges, and artwork services (resizing, retouching, and placement on a provided CGG layout).

PMS Ink Charge: A fee of $50.00 per colour is applicable for PMS ink.

Artwork Requirements: Provided prices are based on the customer supplying camera-ready artwork using the CGG Template available upon request.

Artwork Alterations: Changes or alterations to artwork, such as size corrections, trapping, and file manipulation, are subject to additional charges.

Custom Artwork: CGG offers a comprehensive art department for custom artwork creation. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

F.O.B. Location: All prices are F.O.B. from CGG Vinyl Specialties' Toronto plant.

Acceptance of Quantity Variations: The Purchaser agrees to accept minor variations of up to five percent (overage or shortage) on the ordered quantity, which will be pro-rated accordingly.

Liability for Specifications: The purchaser assumes responsibility for any patent and copyright infringement resulting from goods produced to their specifications.

Silk-Screened or Imprinted Materials: Materials subjected to silk-screening or imprinting have a movement tolerance of 1mm in any direction. Such processes do not yield litho quality, and factors like sharpness, opacity, and appearance may vary based on material selection.

Unspecified Conditions: Trade customs will govern conditions not explicitly stated herein. Any terms contrary to those outlined here, present on the purchaser's formal order, will not be binding on the seller.

Payment Terms:

  • First orders are Cash on Delivery (C.O.D).

  • Inactive accounts (unused for the past two years) are subject to C.O.D terms.

  • C.O.D. orders exceeding $2000.00 require a 50% deposit with the order, and the remaining balance can be paid via Visa, MasterCard, or Certified cheque.

  • The quoted price is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of the quotation.

You retain all rights to your Content and are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.

Request for Non-Display:
If you wish to prevent your product or artwork from being displayed on the CGG Vinyl Specialties Website or any promotional catalogues, you may request so in advance. To do this, you must contact us via email at info@cggvinyl.com. Upon your request, we will provide you with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed. Once the signed NDA is received, we will ensure your product or artwork is not displayed as per your request.

Privacy Policy:
We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to the Website's design, content, and functionality remain the sole property of CGG Vinyl Specialties and its licensors.

Modifications and Termination:
CGG Vinyl Specialties reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Website, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized activities on the Website.
